The Deputy Administrator will be joined by U.S. Senator Tom Carper (DE) and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey. President Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law provides EPA $275 million total between 2022 and 2026 for grants authorized under the Save Our Seas 2.0 Act - the largest investment in recycling in 30 years.
